門田光雅 | Mitsumasa Kadota
1980年静岡県生まれ。 「多面性」をテーマに、自身の感情や感覚の揺らぎを色彩と筆致に置き換えて、絵画表現を探究している。現在は、M画廊（栃木）、TEZUKAYAMA GALLERY（大阪）の所属作家。2019年11月に、MoMAのJunior Associates Programと併せて、ニューヨークのリンカーンセンター内、スタンリー・H・カプラン・ペントハウスで大規模な個展を開催。出品作品がサイ・トゥオンブリーの甥であるCody Franchetti氏のコレクションとなる。近年では、「絵画のミカタ 5人のアーティストとみる群馬県立近代美術館のコレクション」（群馬県立近代美術館 2020）、「The ENGINE 遊動される脳ミソ 小野耕石×門田光雅」（セゾン現代美術館 2019）などに出品。セゾン現代美術館に作品が収蔵されている。2022年3月にKadota art 合同会社を設立し、美術の更なる可能性を模索している。
